The Role of the Internal Sales Engineer Preparation of both quotes and orders for Geared Motors, Inverters, Servo’ s and Industrial Gears. Incoming calls. Internal Sales Engineerbased from the Reading office. Focus on sales of Geared Motors TO OEM's and End Users. Technical dealings with customers and colleagues. Supporting external sales personnel where required. Feedback to external sales regarding opportunities. Product selections via catalogues and computer configurator. Sales and after sales support. Communications via telephone, e-mail to customers, colleagues and suppliers. Benefits of the Internal Sales Engineer £30k-£35k basic salary Bonus Final Salary Pension The Ideal Person for the Internal Sales Engineer Mechanical Engineering background. Or someone from a related industry such as pumps, motors, conveyors with a good technical background – preferably mechanical engineering. An understanding of the principles of power transmission. Able to select products from catalogues and provide quotes to clients. Some commercial experience. A genuine interest in engineering and/or technology with a desire to grow and develop.
