Position title: Warehouse Supervisor About the position Reporting to the Plant Manager, the Warehouse Supervisor organizes, directs and controls shipping, receiving, production, and inventory in our Edmonton warehouse. What you’ll do Plan, direct, and performance manage a team of 10-15 unionized employees. Plan and manage work schedules ensuring adequate coverage during employee vacations, absences, and training. Responsible for maintaining acceptable levels of quality control regarding inventory management. Monitor daily plant checklists, generate action items as required, and follow-up with key stakeholders as necessary. Lead incident investigations by gathering and documenting evidence, determining root cause, and developing solutions. Coordinate with the Safety Committee to address any non-compliance issues discovered during incident investigations, safety audits, or otherwise, and follow up with key stakeholders as necessary. Develop, manage and execute logistic and production schedules. Edit and update workplace instructions in coordination with quality and EHS. Ensure equipment is maintained and manage documentation surrounding that process. What we would like from you Completion of two (2) years post-secondary education.
