This leading Manufacturing are now looking for a Manufacturing Production Supervisor As Manufacturing Production Supervisor You will focus on overseeing the Team Leaders and Operators. You will be responsible for ensuring that the team adhere to the production processes, identifying any training needs and executing relevant training to the team. You will assist with the resolution of issues and support your manager, working together to ensure H & S, OTIF and efficiency requirements are met. The Manufacturing Production Supervisor will be a strong role model to the team, which will be reflected in all the tasks that you perform Key responsibilities as Manufacturing Production Supervisor: - You will undertake regular checks with the team leaders to ensure that they are maintaining all relevant health and safety requirements. - Manage the team, holding regular meetings with your team, working together with them to achieve performance targets. - Manage the team.
