We are in search of an Internal Sales Engineer with expertise in heavy industrial valve products. The primary objective of this position is to foster strong connections with customers, sales teams, and agents, ultimately securing profitable orders. The successful candidate will be tasked with accurately deciphering customer engineering requirements and offering appropriate solutions from our product lineup. The primary objective of this position is to foster strong connections with customers, sales teams, and agents, ultimately securing profitable orders. The successful candidate will be tasked with accurately deciphering customer engineering requirements and offering appropriate solutions from our product lineup. Additionally, you will ensure the timely and precise entry of orders into the SAP system, while also collaborating with the Internal Sales Manager and Product Manager to develop key customer accounts. The Sales and Account Manager will occasionally engage with customers, offering support and expertise to the team when necessary. This role is well-suited for individuals with backgrounds as Project Engineers, Mechanical Design Engineers, or Applications Engineers who aspire to transition into a commercial role. Responsibilities: 1. Relationship Building: Establish and nurture strong relationships with customers, both internal and external sales teams, and agents to secure profitable orders effectively. 2. Customer Requirement Interpretation: Accurately comprehend customer needs and recommend suitable solutions from our product range. 3. Order Processing: Ensure the accurate entry of orders into the SAP system upon receipt, and organize handover and kick-off meetings in accordance with the specified timeframe outlined in the contract delivery schedule. 4.
