Part-Time Nanny for 16-Month-Old Girl in Central Harrogate Job Summary: A lovely family that has recently relocated to Harrogate is searching for a compassionate and experienced nanny to provide part-time care for their delightful 16-month-old daughter. This role offers a wonderful opportunity to make a meaningful impact in a child's early development and well-being. Key Responsibilities: Care for the 16-month-old girl with patience and nurturing. Engage their daughter in age-appropriate activities, baby groups, and classes to support her growth and development. The family love the ethos of the Montesssori style of learning so some knowledge in this would be excellent but is not essential. Prepare healthy meals for her and engage in batch cooking when needed. Light household duties may include tidying up after the child but the family do have a cleaner. Requirements: A minimum of 5 years of childcare experience preferably as a nanny working in a family home Enhanced DBS Check (Disclosure and Barring Service).12-Hour Paediatric First Aid certification. Flexibility in working hours, with an emphasis on afternoons but mornings can be considered, and occasional babysitting (2-3 times a month) is required. A valid driver's licence is essential for this role A pet-friendly nanny , as there is one cat in the home. Location: Harrogate, North Yorkshire Start Date: ASAPSalary: £16-£20 Gross per hour depending on experience Type of Position: Permanent, part-time (15-20 hours per week) Ideally 3 afternoons per week but they can be very flexible to accommodate the right nanny This position offers an opportunity to work with a loving family and contribute to the development of an adorable 16-month-old girl.
