Things you will be doing as an Assistant HR Manager: Assist with day-to-day operations of the HR functions and duties Compile and update employee records Process documentation and prepare reports relating to personnel activities Coordinate HR projects Deal with employee requests regarding human resources issues, rules, and regulations Manage the Fourth system Properly handle complaints Assist in recruiting and the onboarding process You will be a great fit if you have: Experience in a similar position within a Five-Star hotel Degree in Human Resources or related field CIPD qualification or in process Knowledge of MS Office Knowledge of labour lawinteractioncellent organisational skills Strong communications skills LEGAL REQUIREMENTSIn line with present UK working requirements, all candidates are required to provide proof of eligibility to work in the UK.
