Excellent training and development opportunities.50 Food and Beverage discounts across the Group globally. Things you will be doing as an Assistant HR Director: Reports to the HR Director. Develop and incorporate HR policies and procedures. Oversee the recruitment and hiring process. Make sure that all HR activities comply with legal requirements. Establish and manage employee benefits programs backss and improve the performance management system. Determine employee needs. Analyse internal and competitor data. Support the company’s strategic objectives. Develop and manage training programs. Provide guidance to the HR department. You will be a great fit if you have: Are a current Assistant of HR Director or Senior management HR role within a Five-Star hotel environment. Bachelor’s degree in human resources management or another relevant field Previous experience working as an Assistant Director of Human Resources or HR Manager Extensive knowledge of employment law and regulationinteractionceptional managerial, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills Understanding of the best HR policies, practices, and procedureinteractioncellent ability to lead and manage a team.
