Today, it is one of the world's great law schools. The Faculty's rich academic programs are complemented by its many legal clinics and public interest programs. The Faculty of Law is housed in the elegant, state-of-the-art Jackman Law Building, alongside two historic buildings, Flavelle House and Falconer Hall, on the St. George Campus in downtown Toronto. Your opportunity: Reporting to the Assistant Dean, Graduate Programs and working closely with the Graduate Program Coordinator, the Research Stream Graduate Programs Manager provides leadership support for the Facultyof Law’s Master of Laws (LLM), Master in the Studies of Law (MSL), and Doctor of Juridical Sciences (SJD) programs. The incumbent is responsible for providing program development, strategic input, and functional direction to ensure that the faculty’s graduate programs are effectively managed, students are provided with the highest caliber of support, and faculty are provided with the direction and support needed for the Faculty of Law to maintain its reputation for excellence. The incumbent will provide leadership to the team that supports the LLM, MSL and SJD programs and will be expected to build and expand on an existing framework of responsibilities, actively seeking innovative ways to enhance and improve the programs and the services that the faculty offers its students, by ensuring that they are provided with timely, accurate, and student-centered support delivered at the highest standards possible. This role is currently eligible for a hybrid work arrangement, pursuant to University policies and guidelines, including but not limited to the University of Toronto’s Alternative Work Arrangements Guideline.
