Position : Business solution expert – Project and Portfolio Management, Planning & Project Delivery, Office of the COO Purpose Contributes to the overall success of the Project and Portfolio Management Team globally ensuring specific individual goals, plans and initiatives are executed / delivered in support of the team’s business strategies and objectives. Ensures all activities conducted are in compliance with governing regulations, internal policies and procedures. Provides solution recommendations and configuration support for enhancements or changes to the system. Responsible for guiding stakeholders and users through the change management journey as a result of launching new processes and functions within PPM, and working with them to address any of their training and reporting needs. Responsible for documenting current state process flows and identifying areas for improvement. Provides L3 support to help diagnose user reported issues. Accountabilities Champions a customer focused culture to deepen client relationships and leverage broader Bank relationships, systems and knowledge. Develop and deliver training material and user guides to support the rollout of current and future PPM functionality throughout the bank. This involves documenting processes and technical solutions for job aids and delivering training. Provide business support to all units, including new and existing products and structuring, ad hoc queries, and assisting with the design and implementation of system enhancements. Responsible for ensuring that management is kept informed and that problems and issues are escalated appropriately. Manage a backlog of enhancement requests received from our users and stakeholder.
