Working with the wider sales team to generate new sales opportunities. Managing current accounts and conducting site visits across the UK&I. Develop suitable solutions for customers. Sell both Service Contracts and aftermarket parts and consumables. Ensure customer satisfaction by maintaining regular contact with customers, responding quickly and professionally to enquiries and complaints, and following up on quotations and leads.
