What will your typical day look like? Working as part of our Infrastructure & Capital Projects Advisory team, you will assist our clients define, evaluate, plan and deliver major capital and construction initiatives. This includes the following: Scope and change management Cost and schedule management Risk and quality management Contract administration Communications and project reporting You will provide advisory support and independent oversight of initiatives through project/contract reviews, backssments and/or audits and provide advice to our clients’ senior executives and Boards as they proactively strategize and deliver on their large capital projects. Using our leading practices on governance, people, processes, technology, and data, our practitioners strengthen our client’s capital projects framework to help mitigate risks on their initiatives. About the team Deloitte’s Capital Projects group provides a variety of consulting services to capital project owners, governmental agencies, institutions, developers, or any organization with a signiﬁcant interest in the successful delivery of a capital project.
