The ideal candidate will be able to start immediately or at short notice. Duties and Responsibilities of the Recruitment Coordinator ▪ Monitoring the recruitment inbox ▪ Drafting adverts ▪ Collating applications and CVs for review▪ Updating systems to record vacancies and applications▪ Carrying out pre-employment checks, including reference▪ Processing DBS checks▪ Prepare offer letters▪ Monitor and chase the completion of all recruitment checks and joiner paperwork▪ Maintain both electronic and paper-based employee files▪ Enter and set up new starter data▪ Respond to recruitment enquiries ▪ Liaise with external agencies as needed Candidate Profile ▪ Previous experience of working in a recruitment role▪ Ability to multi-task ▪ Excellent interpersonal and communication skills▪ Good IT skills including the use of Word and Excel▪ Excellent customer service skills▪ Ability to work to deadlines ▪ Ability to manage self and time well▪ CIPD Level 3 or studying towards desirable At KHR we take care to ensure that you are represented as well as possible so it is worth checking your CV for layout, spelling and grammar as well as making sure it is up to date before you submit.
