Joining us means joining a caring, responsible, and innovative company where more than 70,000 people lead the way to greener and smarter mobility, worldwide Successfully implementing company policy and developing strategic plans in the site$ Deliver financial performance by controlling finance and maintaining an effective management team, Maintaining a dialogue between shareholders and the board and ensure that all efforts are in alignment Act as the Legal Representative (including the management and control) of the site Deliver on sales, orders, profit and cash as per agreed budget, supplemented by Customer Directors for existing clients and Business Development for new clients Manage maintenance / services contracts execution Represents Alstom at local level Manage Workload in line with (Site)/ Regional Centre Workload strategy Provides guidance for workers as needed and approves training opportunities Researches and analyses industry, market, and competitors to make informed strategy decisions Creates initiatives to take advantage of market opportunities, reduce operational threats, forestall business risks, and maximizes core strengths Identifies core competencies and defines operational goals Ensure safety and security co-ordination for Alstom employees, assets and datas in the site. Ensure that a crisis management system is developed and maintained. Ensure that the Ethics & Compliance policy is applied in the country in respect of all business transactions and of personal integrity Ensure implementation of Transformation Program actions Develop and protect Alstom image in the country or cluster.
