Very excited to be working with this well-stablished International Hospitality Group who are looking for a Director of Operations for a new Private Members Club opening up in Kuwait. The Director of Operations will be reporting into and working closely with the CEO. You will be responsible for the opening and ongoing day-to-day management of this stunning venue. Team management and mentoring will be key to creating a venue with the highest standards of service. Experience, skills & attributes required for this job role:3-5 years of operations leadership experience in positions of increasing responsibility in the luxury hotel/premium restaurant or private members club sector Proven leadership of a large team of multi-cultural staff Expertise in service excellence and food and beverage Strong organisational and management skills Flexible, adaptable, creative and entrepreneurial outlook Someone who can drive the business forwards with fresh initiatives and be very guest / member focused Must be able to think on your feet Gulf experience is always beneficial Salary package offered: equivalent of USD10-13k pm dependent upon experience and also negotiable for right individual, plus good bonus scheme, family status and benefits Get in touch: xyz X@.
