Based at our HQ in Southend on Sea in Esinteraction, this is an exciting opportunity to work in an HR division at the forefront of enabling cultural development throughout our region. This is a 12-month placement, commencing July 2023. With this being a heavily project-based role, you will have the unique opportunity to work across the key functions within HR including Talent Management and Acquisition, Learning and Development, HR Operations and Services. You will also have the opportunity to experience working with business-as-usual HR processes and policies as you learn the fundamentals of HR practice. You will focus on building your understanding of Human Resources, providing you with a grounding in HR practice through experiencing the fundamentals of principles, policies and processes. You will develop an appreciation of how HR projects work, moving from scoping through to implementation, and seeing how HR works closely with stakeholders to achieve its business outcomes through partnership. As an applicant, you will: - You will be an undergraduate studying Human Resources Management or Business with Human Resources Management - You want to pursue a career in HR in the future - You will possess strong organisational skills - Good communication skills The role has no physical requirements as the position will be almost exclusively desk-based.
