They are seeking a Butcher Production Manager to join their team for the night shifts. The successful Butcher Production Manager will be responsible for whole animal butchery, ensuring food wate is kept to a minimum, coaching junior members of the team and financial accountability. This is an amazing opportunity for talented Butcher Production Managers to join a fast-growing business with a great ethos who can match their ambition and offer genuine progression opportunities. The Ideal Butcher Production Manager Candidate: Must have proven butchery experience with strong knowledge of all animals. Have strong cutting skills. Be passionate about quality products and reducing food waste. Be ambitious and driven to succeed. Great interpersonal and communication skills Strong organisational skills and ability to work under pressure.
