Hotel Manager – Front Office Background Location: Dublin, Ireland Salary: Up to €50,000 + bonus I am working with a Lifestyle hospitality operator looking for a talented Manager from a room led background to join the team in Dublin, Ireland. You will lead and develop the operational team whilst ensuring at all times that the guest experience is exceptional with your second to none customer service skills and attributes. This is a hands-on role, where you will split your time between managing the team, ensuring smooth operations across the property and be an Ambassador towards the guests. About the position Oversee the day to day running of the operation Manage the P&L, costs & payroll Achieve and exceed the targets and KPI goals Ensure compliances are met Provide a positive working environment at all times Be and hands-on operator and lead by example The successful candidate At least 4 years experience as a Manager in a hotels, apart-hotel, hostel or similar Understanding of all the Hotel Divisions and strong people skills Hands-on operational personality, able to motivate and pull the team together Ability to lead, coach and animate the Hotel team to highest performance Passionate, you have a personal commitment to hospitality, customer service & quality Is committed to the development of the business and the hotel team. Proactive approach with exceptional initiative and problem-solving abilities to ensure highest levels of productivity and guest satisfaction. Adept in working both independently and as a member of a collaborative team. Must have British or European citizenship or valid Right to Work in Europe and/or Ireland.
