Job Role: The Project Scheduler is responsible for creating, updating, and coordinating project and employee schedules. Works closely with team leaders to build, evaluate, and optimize project schedules. The Project Scheduler will participate in a cross-functional team environment in developing and overseeing Ecological related project schedules. As a highly motivated individual with outstanding organization, technical, and communication skills, you will work with a team of professionals to deliver superior service. Key Responsibilities: Project kick-off coordination and lead Schedule all ecology employees Consulting with project managers to set up tasks and subtasks. Developing, implementing, and maintaining an effective scheduling management system. Coordinating project timelines Updating the Jira system where appropriate Monitoring project timelines and deadlines. Identifying potential project schedule delays and facilitating intervention in a timely manner. Accommodating updates and changes to project schedules. Recommending actions to keep projects completed on time. Documenting project scheduling processes and maintaining records. Participate in regular Operations team meetings Review the Subcontractor schedule on a monthly basis Forecast staffing requirements Ensure that all projects are being scheduled and forecast using a consistent methodology Assist in the review of the schedule and status of the plans during all phases of the projects Undertaking a broad range of breeding and wintering bird surveys, including species-specific.
