The Role : As a Practice Analyst in Quality Assurance at CLBC, you will support the manager's role in ensuring that supports and services are delivered in ways that are respectful, fair, responsive, and enhance the quality of life outcomes for individuals and families served. This includes but is not limited to: Responding directly to individuals, families about complaints and service quality issues Contributing to improved consumer satisfaction by working with individuals, families and CLBC staff to resolve issues. Providing information to the manager on trends in practice to promote improvements in the quality of service provided Research best practice methods in other jurisdictions that could be applied at CLBC Assisting in reviews and issue mediation when regional processes fail to resolve individual or family concerns Communicates with external appeal/advocacy bodies to promote effective solutions for individuals and families Assisting in ensuring that privacy requirements are met and in responding to FOIPPA requests Providing practice support to field staff on adult guardianship issues and supported decision-making issues Providing and/or arranging for training or practice forums for CLBC staff Supporting the Manager, Quality Assurance to promote and ensure high-quality service delivery practices and stakeholder understanding of these practices, by developing.
