Job Purpose Under the supervision of the Maintenance Stores Supervisor, this position supports the maintenance unit by performing assigned duties related to the safe shipment, timely and efficient delivery of aircraft parts to all company bases and receipt of aviation-related inventory. Primary Responsibilities Operates company vehicles and provide courteous and efficient delivery and pick-up of Aircraft parts with the necessary paperwork to designated company bases. Complete vehicle walkaround and inspection before and after each use. Day-to-day maintenance of stores inventory including shelf-life control and parts inventory audits. Handle parts with care, loading and unloading them for delivery. Liase with Maintenance engineers and other stores staff regarding requests and ensure timely delivery. Coordinate product warranty and returns. Perform invoice reconciliation. Issue parts and calibrated tools to maintenance personnel. Inspect and verify incoming goods against invoices or other documents, record shortages and refuse damaged goods. Unpack, code, and route goods to appropriate areas. Maintain records of parts and supplies using computerized inventory system. Ship company goods and aircraft parts by preparing the required documentation. Visit ListedBuy for more information.
