The Role: As a Bookkeeper, you will play a pivotal role in managing financial records, accounts, transactions and collaborating with departments to ensure financial accuracy and compliance. Responsibilities: Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable processes. Conduct reconciliation of bank statements and credit card transactions. Generate financial reports: balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements. Support budgeting and forecasting activities. Maintain precise records using accounting software Xero, Quick Books, Sage. Ensure adherence to financial regulations and company policies. Requirements: Previously worked as an Assistant Accountant, Bookkeeper, Account Assistant or in a similar role. At least 1 year of experience in accounting and bookkeeping. Understanding of accounting principles and practices. Skilled in accounting software including Xero, Quick Books, Sage. Right to work in the UK.
