This is an exceptional opportunity for you to join the dynamic marketing team and spearhead their customer journey transformation. Reporting to the Head of Sales and Marketing the Customer Lifecycle Marketer will be responsible for strategizing, executing, and refining the customer journey. Your expertise will be instrumental in amplifying lead conversion rates, elevating customer lifetime value and mitigating churn. Key accountabilities Devising, executing, and overseeing high-impact CRM marketing programs, driven by insights, customer feedback, and a deep understanding of sales funnel dynamics. Harnessing the power of A/B testing within marketing campaigns, revealing insights to drive continuous improvement Identifying prime customer segments for targeted marketing programs Leveraging your campaign acumen to address sales performance gaps Crafting engaging customer communications across SMS, email, blogs, and video’s to enrich customer engagement Key capabilities A proven track record spanning over 3 years in the realm of B2C data-driven, digital / customer lifecycle management marketing role Experience in e Commerce, financial services or fintech sector would be ideal Degree qualified Marketing, IT, Computer Science, or any other related fields Proficient in A/B testing strategies The ability to balance creativity and analytical.
