Purchasing Manager – Leading Hospitality Group – London - £60K + Benefits Role: Purchasing Manager Location: London Salary: £60K + Benefits My client is a leading hospitality group who have a fantastic reputation and ambitious plans to keep expanding their impressive portfolio. They are currently looking for a Purchasing Manager to join their team. The successful Purchasing Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing successful sourcing strategies across the business, managing the commercial relationships with suppliers, whilst exploring and negotiating for the best products and deals possible. This is a fantastic opportunity for a talented Purchasing Manager to join an exciting vibrant business who can offer a fun working atmosphere, genuine progression opportunities and a range of cool perks. Responsibilities include: Working with wider teams to support and provide procurement solutions as required. Sourcing, tendering, negotiating with suppliers as requested by the business. Presenting back solutions to internal customers and concluding contracts with suppliers Develop and implement category strategies and establish strategic relationships with suppliers. Manage supplier relationships to ensure continuity of goods and services meet the quality, service, and price required. The Ideal Purchasing Manager Candidate: Have a minimum of 5 years’ experience working as a Purchasing Manager within hospitality, food, beverage or similar industry. Have excellent multi-category knowledge. Experienced in fast paced procurement. CIPS qualified is desirable. Experienced in developing category strategy and strategic sourcing. Have a hands-on approach with strong negotiation and admin skills. Good communication and organisation skills.
