As a HR Generalist supporting the Operations Team, you will play a pivotal role in fostering a positive work environment, supporting employee development, and ensuring HR processes align with the organization's goals. The role of the HR Generalist Act as a primary point of contact for employees, addressing queries and concerns promptly. Foster positive employee relations and contribute to a healthy workplace culture. Collaborate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and participate in the recruitment process. Facilitate the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring a smooth transition into the organization. Identify training needs within the Operations Team and coordinate relevant programs. Support the implementation of training initiatives to enhance employee skills and performance. Assist in the performance management process, providing guidance to managers and employees. Support the annual review process and contribute to the development of performance improvement plans. Ensure HR policies and procedures are communicated and adhered to. The right HR Generalist Proven experience as an HR Generalist, preferably in the restaurant or hospitality industry.
