As Customer Service Manager you will be joining a highly successful company based in Banbury. The role is full time on a 12-month fixed term contract offering hybrid working and a competitive salary. Purpose of the role: To effectively meet customer needs, delivering high levels of customer care and oversee the day-to-day management of the internal and external team. As Customer Service Manager you will be joining a highly successful company based in Banbury. The role is full time on a 12-month fixed term contract offering hybrid working and a competitive salary. Purpose of the role: To effectively meet customer needs, delivering high levels of customer care and oversee the day-to-day management of the internal and external team. Key responsibilities for the Customer Service Manager: Day to day management of the internal and external teams, organising workloads Quality monitoring Coaching and development Daily team briefings Workload organisation Holiday/sickness absence management Management of call queues and customer agent availability Email management of group in box and aged/pending Compile team reporting to meet KPIs Performance management of team against agreed KPIs Recruitment, interviews and onboarding of new starters Participate in the setting of goals, targets and appraisals Take responsibility for escalated queries and complaints Handle inventory, price, product and, technical and general enquiries Entry and resolution of all complaints via CRM system Build external relationship with existing and new customer base Ensure support is provided in line with customer sales strategy/promotions Take responsibility to help mentor and develop apprentices Raise credit notes, create forms for spare parts and returns/repairs Work with 3rd Party logistics provider to ensure on time in full delivery Skills and attributes required for the Customer Service Manager: Previous customer contact experience Proven team leadership skills Able to work to targets.
