We have a Porter/Groundskeeper position at our Management Support property with [384] apartment units.Southern Avenue Villas 855 W. Southern Avenue Mesa, AZ 85210 https://www.rentanapt.com/apartments/az/mesa/southern-avenue-villas/Our hourly pay rate is $15.50 - $17.50 per hour. The full-time work schedule is 40 hours per week. Pick-up trash Work under direction of Maintenance Foreman and Apartment Manager Bilingual (any language) a plus Understand company policies Payroll is every 2 weeks with direct deposit (no charge to employee) to your checking account.
