We are working closely alongside a Local Authority in West Susinteraction to assist with the appointment of a Catering Assistant, on a 3- month contract, likely to be extended at clients discretion. Please apply with your CV for immediate consideration. Responsibilities: Responsible for maintaining the standards required to meet Food Safety and Health & Safety Legislation. Assist in the preparation, cooking, service clearing and cleaning of the catering equipment and kitchen environment within the required standards. Provide written documents in relation to Health & Safety and Food Safety Legislation and business requirements. Qualifications: Basic literacy and numeracy skills. Level 2 Food Safety Certificate. Prior experience in working in a commercial catering environment. Experience in dealing with customers, including written and verbal communication. Experience in working within Health & Safety practices in a commercial setting Please note: You should be available to work immediately or at a short notice. You should have right to work in U.
