Effective June 1, 2024, the Division of Gastroenterology, Hepatology and Nutrition is seeking a full-time faculty position as Division Head, Gastroenterology, Hepatology and Nutrition , at the Hospital for Sick Children, 555 University Ave. Toronto, ON, which is an academic health science centre dedicated to the care of children affiliated with the Temerty Faculty of Medicine at the University of Toronto. Dedicated to supporting the growing diversification and spectrum of specialized clinical services, this role also provides unique opportunities for creative and professional activities and innovative translational and basic research. The successful candidate will act as a key steward and mentor for our diverse faculty and trainees, be a key collaborator with our allied health and nursing partners, and innovative partner to our scientists in our world-class Research Institute. By championing clinical services, education, and research discoveries, you will advance the disciplines of paediatric gastroenterology, hepatology, and nutrition. You will play a key strategic role in ensuring the alignment of academic activities with the Temerty Faculty of Medicine at the University of Toronto. The successful candidate will also serve as a strategic advisor and steward of the philanthropic funds to influence the strategic vision for the division.
