Director of Operations – Michelin Star Restaurant Salary: 120,000 to 150,000 plus Unlimited PTO + 401k + Monthly Insurance Premium Location: San Francisco, CAThe Company: This is an amazing opportunity to work for a secure, Michelin Star, company that values a strong work ethic with a charming personality. We’re looking for a Director of Operations to really own the role and lead the group’s current restaurants. Director of Operations responsibilities: Lead operations to ensure restaurants uphold the highest quality service and food standards Financially accountable and sets targets for restaurant general managers Create and execute business and financial strategies to enhance operational efficiency and maximize profitability Liaise between Front of House and the Culinary Team Ensure compliance with company required standards in areas of staffing; restaurant operations; employee and guest relations; labour costs; beverage costs, food costs, sanitation and food preparation Mentor and lead a high performing team to maintain a high level of service and professionalism Represent the brand and culture in the best possible light The Person:3+ years’ experience in a similar restaurant, ideally at a Michelin restaurant A guest first mentality and collaborative approach with the team is paramount Excellent problem-solving and communication skills Strong financial acumen Proven career stability A committed, natural leader who has an entrepreneurial mindset and maintains poise under pressure If you’d like to learn more about this opportunity, please send your resume to; dylan@Please note only shortlisted candidates will be contacted and candidates must have the right to live and work in the USA to be considered.
