Our goal is to give our teams the environment, tools and training to be the best in the industry and we are looking for a Training Manager to join us to be responsible for our internal learning and development programme. The Holt Recruitment Group is comprised of three very different Recruitment businesses supporting clients locally, nationally and internationally. The Role The objective of this role is to work with new and current team members to deliver bespoke training, using a range of methods and material to optimise skills, knowledge and behaviours. Our Training Manager will be proactive and positive, dedicated to the growth of our consultants. Key responsibilities of the Training Manager will include: - Development of Recruitment training materials, modules and backssments, working closely with our Heads of Business - Training of the full Recruitment Cycle - Understanding of growth areas in our current team through Training Needs Analysis - Ongoing coaching and guidance The successful Training Manager will ideally come from a Recruitment background with a proven track record in learning and development. The Training Manager will have experience in developing Consultants from the early stages of their career and will understand excellence in recruitment. This position will be based out of our Bournemouth office and could be full or part time. We are looking for someone to be an instrumental part of the next stage of our growth.
