Job Description The primary responsibility of this position will be to support the Team lead by helping organize inventory within the parts department, reviewing min/max levels, and submitting inventory level changes for review. Additionally, the role involves projecting parts purchasing forecasts, performing cycle counting and reporting. The position will also support parts order picking and parts receiving, issue parts to technicians, and perform inspections on incoming products from San Jose. Job Duties ⦁ Ensure that all parts requests are allocated, picked, and delivered to the technicians. ⦁ Ensure that all parts receiving is completed within 24 hours of shipment arrival and placed into the correct location. ⦁ Pick parts and deliver them to the technicians. ⦁ Responsible for processing allocation requests. ⦁ Responsible for shipping core units. ⦁ Responsible for completing expense consumable parts requests from technicians. ⦁ Perform daily inventory cycle counts and follow up on approvals. ⦁ Perform chemical inventory checks. ⦁ Organize and maintain the parts department following the 5S philosophy while ensuring that daily parts inventory needs are met. ⦁ Perform all other essential duties as directed. Job Qualifications Required: High school diploma required. Community college certificate/diploma within a technical field is preferred. One or more years of related inventory management.
