Position Summary Reporting to the Global MAM Leader, Joints Reconstruction Platform, the Site MAM Leader is responsible for leading and directing, sustaining, and optimizing Asset Reliability, Process Engineering, Maintenance, Calibration, Tool Room, Digital & Automation activities within the two UK Manufacturing sites (Blackpool and Leeds) and two sites in the United States ( Warsaw, IN and Raynham, MA). This Leader will also be a member of the MAM Leadership Team, to ensure alignment across the MAM community. This critical role will be accountable for the performance of the site-based Engineering groups to ensure consistency in delivery of Demand Volumes to Commercial Partners, delivering on Back Order Metrics, Compliance and VCP Targets, as outlined by the Business. The role will be the Single Point of Contact for all Technical Operations activities on each site, ensuring full collaboration, from an E2E Tech Ops perspective. Major Responsibilities Develop an integrated Global Manufacturing Site Tech Ops capability to leverage talent and best practices in Engineering, Science & Technology to deliver on Site Performance Metrics. This role will play a central part in the establishment of a new Tech Ops Model to support the JOINTS Platform on each Manufacturing Site. This will be accomplished by aligning VS Projects and Programs with site-based activities and metrics to ensure effective Implementation on time and in full.
