As a key contributor to the ICT service, you will play a vital role in delivering a high-quality user experience, supporting colleagues to maximise productivity and collaboration through digital tools and equipment. Key Responsibilities: Enhance User Experience: Contribute to the delivery of a high-quality user experience across all ICT service areas. Ensure systems and guidance are fit for purpose, with high standards of access, availability, usability, and usefulness. User-Centred Service: Provide excellent user-centred service, supporting users to maximize the value of digital tools. Help users find the simplest, most secure ways to achieve their goals. Alignment with Council Objectives: Deliver, implement, and support practices aligning with the Council's values, focusing on security, financial prudence, transparency, inclusion, and sustainability. Team Collaboration: Actively contribute to a multidisciplinary team, sharing core skills and promoting continuous learning and development. Support the generous sharing of expertise within the team. Council-wide Initiatives: Contribute to Council-wide and directorate initiatives aligned with the Mayor's priorities and corporate objectives. Address the user needs of Hackney's residents and businesses. Support Delivery of User Services: Participate in a rota basis, alongside senior colleagues, to ensure effective delivery of user support, including out-of-hours support.
