This opportunity is with our Good Shepherd - Women's Services How You Will Make an Impact This pivotal role involves overseeing facility operations, managing the hospitality team, and addressing building operational needs. As a member of the Women's Services management team, the Hospitality Services Manager will report to the Director or their designate. The role demands a thorough understanding of issues impacting women and their children, including abuse, homelessness, poverty, mental illness, and substance use. Responsibilities include preparing budgets, monitoring revenues and expenses, and managing the purchasing of supplies. This position also involves interviewing, onboarding, and training new employees, supervising the hospitality team and volunteers, and ensuring effective scheduling, training, and performance evaluation. In this role, you will be required to provide after-hours on-call support, coordinate catering requests, and liaise with the Good Shepherd Housing Department to manage relationships with suppliers and contractors. This includes ensuring a clean, dignified environment, and overseeing security and safety provisions. You will also respond to and schedule maintenance work orders, support contractors and maintenance personnel on-site, and collaborate. Visit ListedBuy for more information.
