Position Title: Account Coordinator About the position Reporting to the General Sales Manager, the Account Coordinator is responsible for supporting the sales and technical service team in their day-to-day tasks. Secondary point of contact for the customers to ensure requests are reviewed efficiently and advise on sample reports or troubleshooting, Support the sales and technical team in creating customer scorecards, maintenance and glycol/amine sample reports. Provide in depth analysis of glycol sample results, troubleshooting and sample compliancy to both customers and account managers. Assist the sales and technical team with the customers’ business reviews. Actively manage and maintain customer information in Tableau database and SFDC. Actively track and facilitate technical product campaigns and projects. Prepare reports for sales and technical service. Update quotes to deliver pricing information to customers Supports sales in SFDC entry and maintenance. Process sample requests, tracking and follow-up.
