ABOUT THE ROLE Trans Alta is hiring for a 1st Class Power Engineer to join our team as an Assistant Plant Manager in Ottawa. Reporting to the Director, North American Gas Operations, you will be accountable for the safe and reliable operation of the Ottawa Facility in accordance with TSSA regulations, ensuring all work performed complies with governing practices, codes, and regulations. This role will develop and implement operations and maintenance strategies within a 3-year window and manage to a business plan in alignment with the North American Gas Strategy.
