Your Role: Create, maintain, and update Emergency response plans Scheduling of staff and last minute book offs when required Complete training and development for new and existing staff Coordination and administration of CCTV and access control systems Enforce rules, regulations, and policies Conduct performance reviews for staff Provide any necessary assistance to the site director Provide detailed written reports as required Respond to emergency situations What You Bring: 3 years Supervisory experience in a commercial tower required Proven leadership experience as Assistant Director or Manager Demonstrated proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel and Power Point and Access preferred Ability to collect, analyze and present data in business meetings Ability to identify issues with personnel and develop/implement an action plan to address Familiarity with CCTV, access control systems Why Us?
