The Role: As a Baby Room Manager, you will play a pivotal role in developing and monitoring exceptional learning experiences for the children in your care. Responsibilities: Lead the staff team, setting exemplary practices. Manage room requirements efficiently. Safeguard children, ensuring outstanding education and care. Maintain a secure and caring environment. Requirements: Previously worked as a Baby Room Manager or in a similar role. At least 5 years of experience in a nursery setting. Possession of a minimum Level 3 childcare qualification. Background in working with babies. Valid driving licence and access to a car.
