Job Summary Now, if you were to come on board as our Marketing Specialist, we’d ask you to do the following for us: Oversee the execution of all marketing programs for multiple accounts within a region in order to grow like for like sales while maintaining the integrity of internal and external brand standards Execute annual marketing plan for each unit with the Unit Manager, utilizing various mediums such as face to face meetings, e-mail, regional meetings, conference calls, and presentations, so as to gain compliance for all marketing initiatives Ensure merchandising best practices are being followed and consumer flow makes sense to drive execution of retail excellence in each and every account Coach Operations, both Managers and Associates, on how to execute the marketing plans, initiatives, policies, expectations and processes backss individual unit needs and develop appropriate materials and presentations;.
