Construction Superintendent Needed Primary Scope of Responsibilities, but not limited to: -Basic Construction knowledge (marine work a plus) -Commercial experience preferred -OSHA Trained -Computer literate (Microsoft Office) -Will work closely with hired contractors -Daily onsite construction coordination/documentation -Must keep scheduled timelines -Safety inspections -Daily reports -Review submittals -Track/log contractor hours -Track/log materials -Prepare change orders -Keep accurate electronic records of project -Must be on site for all contractor work -Daily photos of progress -Run construction meetings/Safety meetings Preferred to be within daily driving distance to Fort McCoy, WI Preferred experience working on Government properties/projects. Start date will be ASAP. Opportunity for continued employment with a national company. Interviewing will start ASAP Please email resume and references
