Overview The Casino Services Field Technician is autonomous and responsible for all activities at Casino and Bingo sites in the greater Ottawa area and Eastern Canada provinces. Preparation, installation, troubleshooting to the component/circuit level. Servicing remotely and onsite with the ability to diagnose and solve problems. Maintain, upgrade and convert IGT gaming devices, while representing IGT at the customer site and maintaining a positive relationship with the client. Provide initial and ongoing customer training on basic game functionality. Adapt to various jurisdictions and adhere to compliance policies. Responsibilities • Perform troubleshooting, maintenance, preventive maintenance and installation of gaming equipment and communication devices used at the customer location. • Performs all preparation tests including assurance hardware, firmware and system interfaces are accurate and functional. • Carries out assigned portion of hardware and software conversions and upgrades. • Performs planned and preventative maintenance. • Responds to customer issues for games and system interface • Supports software and system integration verification tests for jackpots. • Performs.
