BRIEF INTRODUCTION: As the Manager, Business Planning, you will contribute to the overall success of Scotia Mc Leod Sales Management in Canada ensuring specific individual goals, plans, initiatives are executed/delivered in support of the team’s business strategies and objectives. You will ensure all activities are conducted are in compliance with governing regulations, internal policies and procedures. Is this role right for you? In this role you will: Look after the administration of the Scotia Mc Leod Branch Manager compensation program, including financial planning and forecasting as well as calculation and reconciliation of actuals. Partner with CWM Finance to ensure branch level reporting is accurate, planning and forecasting is reflective of business knowledge, and cost allocation methodologies are appropriately designed and correctly executed. Provide technical expertise in defining data requirements, identifying sources, and assimilating data across various sources to develop and design models to backss the impact of business initiatives, changes to performance.
