Then we simply give them the freedom to take their career (and Golderado) further. Key Information: Must have a minimum of two to three years of payroll administration or equivalent experience. Must be able to assist and support with all payroll administrative tasks and general office duties. Hours: Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM. Must be willing to work overtime when needed. Hourly rate is dependent on experience. Health benefits, and vacation pay offered. Job Description: Assist in processing timesheets and producing pay cheques for a large number of employees on a weekly basis, including monthly union reports and remit payments for union benefits. Process wage increases per union schedules. Respond to Government inquiries in a professional manner and produce letters of employment. Support other accounting functions with regards to payroll and employee cost allocation, which may include general office duties as required. Experience and Certification Requirements: A minimum of two to three years of payroll administration or equivalent experience in a unionized environment required. Must have the ability to read and interpret multiple collective agreements and determine related payroll requirements, with working knowledge of payroll databases...
