Call Center Associate, Rockland Salary Starting: $19.00 per hour Rockland Federal Credit Union (RFCU) is searching for a friendly, service focused, detail oriented individual to join our Call Center team. With 8 branch locations and over 11 back-office departments, the potential for career growth is unlimited. A day in the life of a Call Center Associate Working out of our Rockland headquarters, Call Center Associates assist our members with a variety of needs. RFCU members will call to make loan payments, inquire about balances and open new accounts. They can also request statements and ask for help with our website, online banking and bill pay features. It's a busy environment requiring the flexibility to pivot smoothly from one transaction to another. At RFCU we pride ourselves in setting you up for success with on-the-job training and an introductory period for plenty of feedback and coaching.The Call Center Associate position requires a high school diploma or equivalent and the ability to communicate effectively and clearly with members and staff at all levels within the organization. Knowledge of Credit Union products and services is also preferred, as well as Microsoft Word and Excel experience. Accuracy and attention to detail are important, along with the ability to navigate our mobile app and website. Work Schedule and Benefits As a Call Center Associate, you will work a 40-hour full-time schedule that includes extended hours on Thursday and Friday, and a short schedule every other Saturday. That means every other week you will have a weekday off (we support work-life balance!)
