What the Role Entails Our Member Services Supervisor will lead our member services team behind the teller line while assisting our members with various financial transactions, problem-solving, and developing solutions to help them reach their goals, big or small. You'll be empowered to open accounts. You are our direct link to the membership; you and your team will help them build their knowledge about their accounts, the credit union, and how we can support them to succeed! What we're looking for We're looking for a team player with a positive attitude and a passion for service. The Member Service Supervisor will support the branch by effectively communicating with our members as well as coaching and mentoring those on their team. This position will ensure that all functions are efficiently and accurately performed per our policies and security procedures. You will develop and maintain operations consistent with the credit union's business model and deliver outstanding member service. Education equivalent to a high school degree with three years of relevant work experience, preferably at a management level. This person must have excellent oral and written communication skills, interpersonal skills and personal computer/keyboarding skills, and the ability to work with numbers.
