Meat Hook BBQ Co. is currently hiring for a full-time Food Service Host - Hostess to provide excellent customer service to our diners as well as help assist our serving staff in the West Valley City, UT area. This restaurant position earns a competitive wage of $16 per hour , plus tips . In this restaurant position, you are the first face our guests see, so you make sure to set a welcoming tone as they come through the door. You warmly greet them and promptly seat them, prioritizing world-class customer service every step of the way. If there is not a table available, you give them an estimated wait time. Additionally, you check in with them as they wait so they don't feel forgotten. You answer incoming calls, manage our cash register, and restock items when necessary.
