Description:
Open tickets for Janitorial, Break room, Building Maintenance, & any other request related to the building Maintain visitor logs and check in vendors and visitors as appropriate Each month perform a detailed seating chart audit and provide this information to your Facilities contact. Track Cubicle/Office moves within the building. Create and install new Name Plates as needed. (Reps Leave, Reps Relocate within the office, New Hires) Responsible for daily stocking of breakroom snack program. Keep an inventory of supplies and order as needed to maintain the snack program. Sign for all delivery shipments for UPS, FedEx, Staples (Express Currier) Receive and distribute USPS mail Ensure no print error exist and replace supplies as needed Remove any terminated employees access to the facility and assign cards as needed for anyone newly assigned to the facility. Attend the building fire/life safety training and coordinate fire drill plan with floor wardens Assist with set ups for all employee events Keep front desk procedure manual current and update as needed. Assist when needed with special projects as directed by the facilities team. Qualifications: Must have a HS diploma or GED. Must be customer focused and display a professional demeanor. Possess mechanical aptitude. Possess general computer knowledge (data entry). Ability to lift 50 lbs. or greater. 1-2 years prior facilities related experience Ability to carry out assigned tasks and projects to their completion. Ability to identify and solve routine problems as they occur. Ability to work as a member of a team with other departments. Job Posted by ApplicantPro
