Job Description Full-time, fully remote position in welfare benefits administration, regularly working 8 AM to 5 PM, Monday through Friday. Wonderful working environment with opportunity for growth. This position is full time, hourly, and nonexempt. Duties • Assist Tier 2-4 Relationship Manager(s) with several hundred employers who provide their employees with account-based welfare and fringe benefits. In that capacity and as directed by the Tier 2-4 Relationship Manager.• Provide expertise and counsel to employers regarding compliance with federal regulations• Coordinate employer needs with in-house service departments• Work closely with brokers and advisors that provide services to employers to strengthen service relationships• Manage multiple tasks, projects, and deadlines at the same time• Must keep current on all laws and regulations regarding Flexible Benefit Plans • Must meet or exceed required level of Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) in all measured areas• Perform other duties as assigned by Supervisor, Director, or Vice President Qualifications • Be professional and articulate in both verbal and written communication• Ability to assume responsibility and accountability for excellent service• Be well-organized and self-motivated with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines• Be personable, highly motivated, hardworking and positive attitude• Ability to resolve conflict• Ability to pay attention to detail and accuracy of work and maintain an organized approach to duties and responsibilities• Have strong computer skills including typing, proficiency in Microsoft Word, Outlook, and Excel• Ability to work well within a team Education and Experience - Bachelor's degree or work-related experience and experience in healthcare industry and/or human resources preferred. Physical Requirements - This position requires the employee to be seated the majority of the work time.
