Are you fresh out of trade school, or have a year or more of HVAC experience? Then we want to hear from you! We provide company paid training and dealer training for professional and person career growth! Position Summary: To provide maintenance on residential heating and air conditioning systems according to company standards providing the customer with a high-quality experience. Qualifications: 6 months of HVAC experience, or combination of education and experience Valid driver's license and insurable driving record EPA Universal Certification Ability to perform preventative maintenance and basic troubleshooting skills Basic troubleshooting & parts replacement experience Ability to consult on customer complaints and give solutions that are beneficial for customer as well as company Ability to recommend products and services to customers Good customer service skills Willingness to invest time in service training seminars and classes including NATE Certifications High school diploma or equivalent Pass background check and drug screen Certification in HVAC from a Trade School desired service, service technician, service tech lead, journeyman service technician, tech, technician, journeyman tech, journeyman technician, service tech, top technician, top tech, top service technician, top service tech, hvac service technician, hvac technician, hvac tech
