San Diego Post-Acute Center is looking for a Dietary Aide to join our Team! The Company: San Diego Post-Acute is a short-term rehabilitation and skilled nursing facility in El Cajon, CA. We are dedicated to providing personalized rehabilitation and nursing services to all who enter our doors. Our healthcare professionals strive to help our residents reach their maximum potential in a caring and supportive environment. At San Diego Post-Acute , caring is our main concern. Our organization is built on the premise that the most effective way to provide compassionate care is to: Maintain high medical integrity Foster a team spirit among staff Create friendly, beautiful surroundings for our residents and their visitors Salary: $16 hr Shift Times: Part time Duties and Responsibilities Set up meal trays, food carts, dining room, etc. Assist cook in preparing meals and checking diet trays before distribution Deliver food carts, trays, etc. to designated areas Assist in serving meals Remove food trays from carts, dining rooms, etc. and take to dish washing area Perform dish washing/cleaning procedures. Assure that utensils, etc. are readily available for the next meal Assist in daily or scheduled cleaning duties Carry out garbage and keep work areas clean, dry, and free of hazard Maintain confidentiality of all pertinent resident care information including protected health information.
